Benefits

MSD provides a highly competitive benefits package to full-time employees that have been with us for 3 months or longer. Our benefits include 10 paid vacation days per year with 5 paid holidays and 2 paid personal or sick days. We provide health coverage plans for our team members including medical, dental, vision and Rx plans, as well as enrollment in a Merrill Lynch Simple IRA account with a company contribution of up to 3% of the employee’s salary.
