Purpose: To promote respect for the dignity and sacredness of the human person at all stages of life through such efforts as the March for Life in January; days of prayer and fasting; support of the Gabriel Network, Project Rachel, Howard County Pregnancy Center; action alerts from the Maryland Catholic Conference and advocacy with lawmakers on public policy.
