Purpose: A Committee of the Pastoral Council that functions to be advisory to the pastor, to report on the state of parish finances to the pastoral council; that has oversight of the accounting system, operating and capital budget; internal accounting controls over the parish´s financial operations, completeness and accuracy of parish finances.
