With an educational background in electrical engineering and applied physics, Mr. Dave Jordan brings a rather unique perspective to technical documentation development. More than a decade as a technical and engineering writer has given him an understanding and familiarity with the development methods followed by companies in the fields of communications, software development, network design, and systems integration and engineering. Mr. Jordan relies upon his technical education, real-world experience, and business savvy to quickly assess a client's needs and determine the best methods for developing the technical documentation needed to satisfy the customer or end-user.

Mary brings her experience as an educator and instructor to help support MSD's clients that require a training component to our documentation support. Mary also handles incoming client and employment inquiries, and general office management.
